Ah, it's the part we all know and love - the Terms and Conditions! Here you'll find all the legal stuff you need to know. It's been written (by me) to be simple to understand. So, without futher adue, ENJOY!
The Terms and Conditions below apply to the use of this website and our eBay webstore and by accessing either, making an enquiry to sell or contacting us you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this website.

Posting information in public places
If you use a comments or customer feedback board on eBay or Facebook you should be aware that any information you share is visible to the public. If is your responsibility to ensure you do not share information publicly that may cause losses or damage to yourself or us. We will not be held liable in any way should this be the case.
Sharing your information
Quick Attack will not sell or rent your contact information to other parties. We hate junk mail or getting unsolicited calls so we would never do it to our customers.
If legal bodies such as the police request your information, we are legally obliged to provide it. It is possible that we may contact law enforcement agencies and provide information ourselves if we believe that you may be a liability or threat to any party (internally or externally).

Our service providers use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption on all web pages. This allows us to safeguard your personal information when using our website or our services.
Quick Attack holds all personal information in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Quick Attack does NOT collect, process or make use of your cookies at this time. However, our service providers may do so.
We have active steps and procedures in place to safeguard your information from all parties that should not have access to it. These include physical security (restricted access), software security (locked computers) and online security (Firewalls and anti-virus technology).
Buying & Selling Of Products
Orders to sell products or buy products
We will always do everything in our power to ensure that your information is kept secure. However, we will not be held accountable if any external party gains access to your information through illegal means (hacking, unauthorised access to a terminal, etc). Please refer to our service provider's policies to understand their liabilities, as we are not liable in any way if your information is accessed via service provider's failure protecting your information.
- You place an enquiry to sell products on the website.
- You buy anything from our eBay webstore.
- You ask us a question via our website, service providers or social media pages.
In the event that any of the points below immediately preceeding this comment occur, the contract may be cancelled by us without your consent:
- The product you brought is out of stock.
- We are unable to process or take payment for your order.
- The identification of a pricing or product description error.
- You not meeting the policies set out in the main Terms & Conditions.
- We refuse to purchase products in your sale enquiry.
- Your products fail our inspection procedure in accordance with information provided regarding them not being accurate.
- Your products fail our inspection procedure due to damage in transit to us.
- Your products are received later than 10 days after our offer to buy your products is made.
We do not hold account information for you on our website. If you do require any information regarding orders or enquiries you have placed with Quick Attack, please contact us.
Once your order has been placed to buy a product, you must follow the terms and conditions set out by us and eBay.
If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Return Policy set out on our eBay store.
Once you have made an enquiry to sell a product, you must contact us to notify you no longer wish to sell before you post the products. The contract cannot be cancelled once the products have been dispactched to us.
If you have an unwanted item or purchase order, please contact us via eBay's return procedures.
We offer a very lenient 30 day money back guarantee and warranty on all our products. After this time however we reserve the legal right to refuse any return of any product for any reason.
Description of products
Our eBay webstore will be used to sell our products. We will always make our best effort to ensure all information regarding products for sale is accurate and up to date. This being said, we cannot always guarantee the final product will be completely accurate to descriptions or images.
Images are taken of the exact physical product on sale at that present time. We may recycle images we have taken in the past however, and therefore cannot guarantee the product will be 100% accurate to images displayed.
Condition of items
Depending on the condition of products we buy and sell, we may offer multiples of the same product at different prices, at our descretion.
To buy any product from our webstore you must make payment using a valid UK PayPal account immediatly after confirmation of purchasing the item. You are covered under eBay's terms and conditions and money back guarantee.
Selling to Quick Attack
Quick Attack reserves the right to refuse to purchase any items at our sole discretion. We also reserve the right to limit the number of purchases that are honoured to any customer at our sole discretion.
Please ensure that you are the legal owner of the goods you wish to sell, as we will legally own the products upon arriving with us for processing.
As covered in our step by step guide, "Please note until the goods reach us we are not liable for them in any way. We strongly recommend purchasing postal insurance and tracking for your items in the event they are lost in the post or are damaged in transit. We will NOT reimburse you for goods lost/damaged in transit to us and all claims must be taken up with your postal service". We will take legal responsibility for your products once we have received them for processing, as they are then the legal property of us.
It is your duty to ensure that your order to sell products is sent to us in full. In the event we receive a partial order with products missing, we will still process the products which have become our property. We will contact you to inform of the missing items in your order, but will not be responsible for them in any way as we never received them. All claims must be taken up with your postal service.
Quick Attack issues payment to the details the customer provides to us, and as such cannot be held responsible should your payment not reach you due to being supplied with incorrect details. If we make payment via incorrect information provided to us which is deducted from our accounts, we will not have any legal obligation to resend money to the correct payment details.
The value we offer for your items may be reduced upon receipt depending on their condition or quantity. This is detailed in our FAQs section.
Your goods must be received by us within ten  days of our offer being sent to the email address provided when making an enquiry. Quoted prices may vary or orders may be cancelled if goods are not received within this period.
Please note that prices quoted on our eBay website are subject to change without notice.
Any item that fails our testing procedures will be returned (if requested) by Royal Mail 1st class signed or recorded delivery, dependant on the products involved.
Once sent, a tracking number will be available to you.
Quick Attack will not take responsibility for lost or damaged goods among failed items. For this reason we advise you to purchase postal insurance before shipping orders.
We currently offer a 1 month warranty, which runs concurrently with our returns and refunds policy. The Quick Attack 1 month warranty does not cover physical damage or water damage and only covers faults arising in the course of normal use.
If you are not compeltely satisfied with your product, you may return it to us for a full refund within 30 days of reciept of the product. Returns should be done through eBay's operational procedures.
All returns will be inspected before being approved for refund. The product will be returned to you and no refund offered if:
- The product is not in the same condition it was in when originally sold to you.
- You are not the customer who purchased the product.
- The correct eBay return procedure has not been followed.
- The product is not the one originally sent.
- The product has parts missing.
- Refund payment cannot be sent to the payment account that originally brought the product.
Any products sent to us for refunds or returns carries the same postal obligations as selling products to us. Until the goods reach us we are not liable for them in any way. We strongly recommend purchasing postal insurance and tracking for your items in the event they are lost in the post or are damaged in transit. We will NOT reimburse you for goods lost/damaged in transit to us and all claims must be taken up with your postal service.
